Why we exist

Cold plunges and saunas have gone mainstream, and the market is now flooded with options that range from $150 inflatables to $6,000+ chiller tubs. Most "best of" lists online are thin and just point you at whatever pays the most. We built Cold & Cedar to do the opposite: rigorous, honest comparisons that take the downsides as seriously as the upsides.
